该系列井口装置由底法兰、上法兰、油管头、闸阀、针阀、小四通、截止阀等零部件及仪表组成，主要用于控制生产井口压力和调节油（气）井口流量；也可以用于酸化压力、注水、测试等特殊作业。主要特点1、全部承压件和法兰皆采用优质合金钢锻件，并经无损探伤，确保安全；2、闸板、阀座和针阀的阀针，皆采用堆（喷）焊硬质合金； 3、主要零件经特殊热处理，具有良好的抗硫性能；

This series of wellhead assembly is made of bottom flange, top flange, tubing head, gate valve, needle valve, cross, shutoff valve, and instrument etc, which can adjust the flow rate of oil/gas as well as some special

operation such as acid fracture, injection and test etc.

Main Characteristics：

1. The material of chief pressure-bearing sections and flanges are forged steel. All are treated with NDE to ensure safety.

2. Valve gate, seat, valve needle are welded with hard alloy;

3. Major parts are treated by special heat treatment with excellent sulfur resistance;

4. Materials of sealing components are PTFE and Fluor rubber etc.
